Originally from Memphis, TN, Keith received a Bachelors of Science with a major in business management from the University of Maryland, College Park. He also received a Masters of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Management from Tulane University.

Prior to sitting for his MBA, Keith was in the telecommunications industry for three years and spent five years in the hospitality industry prior to that. These years developed his problem solving and organizational skills, and his attention to detail, for which he has become noted during his commercial real estate career. Keeping abreast of the latest market conditions, combined with his creativity and resourcefulness, Keith strives for the best while working for his clients’ interests.

As a licensed realtor in Louisiana and Alabama, Keith is active in various commercial real estate capacities throughout the region. Employing aggressive marketing strategies, his sales experience includes work in raw land, shopping centers, commercial property, as well as retail, office leasing, and industrial clientele in areas including investment sales and leasing.

Current clients include CVS, Chili’s, Capital One, TCBY, Payless Shoe Source, Honeybaked Ham, and Francesca’s Collections, to name a few.

Keith is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM designation shows that the agent has mastered skills in the areas of financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.
