Bennett Davis, CCIM

Bennett specializes in office leasing and sales in both tenant and landlord representation. He has been affiliated with Corporate Realty since 1989 when he joined the company as leasing director of the 1.2 million square foot Lakeway Office Center in suburban New Orleans. In his six years as the Lakeway leasing director, the Center's occupancy grew from 56% to 95%. Today, Bennett oversees the leasing of the one million square foot trophy property, Place St. Charles, in downtown New Orleans having brought that building from 79% leased to 93% leased.

Bennett holds a B.A. from Tulane University and a J.D. from the Tulane University School of Law. After graduating from law school in 1981, Bennett became involved in commercial real estate and began a successful real estate career in New Orleans at that time. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is actively involved in the Louisiana CCIM Chapter having served as immediate past President while also servicing as past chair of the Education and Scholarship Committees, three terms as Secretary of The Chapter, and one term as Treasurer.

In 1996 and 2002, Bennett was recognized by the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors as the top office producer in the New Orleans area and for having transacted the largest office lease in New Orleans in 1996. He is a former board member of the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Board of Realtors. Currently, Bennett sits on the Board of Directors of the Contemporary Arts Center of New Orleans.
