Elizabeth Hughes

Elizabeth Hughes has over two decades of experience in real estate, including management, operations planning, disposition, valuation and renovation. As an asset manager for New York Life Insurance Company in their Manhattan office, she was responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, hotels and apartment projects, located throughout the country, including Louisiana, Texas, California and the eastern seaboard. Elizabeth has also managed a portfolio of real estate assets for a financial institution. Her experience includes project and property management, financial analysis, lease analysis and negotiation, and management of in-house staff as well as multi-disciplinary outside contractors. She has worked with public agencies, independent developers, national real estate consultants and designated appraisers in valuation and feasibility analysis.

Elizabeth graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Tulane University, has a Masters from the Urban Studies Institute of University of New Orleans and is a graduate of the New York School of Interior Design.
