Emily began her career in real estate in 1996 upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Since then she has been involved in numerous retail and office transactions throughout southeast Louisiana. Her experience has been in representing both tenants and landlords.
Through her professional membership in organizations such as ChainLinks Retail Advisors, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Inc. (NOMAR), Emily has developed contacts throughout the nation. In pursuing further education for her career, Emily is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM designation illustrates that the agent has been skilled in the areas of financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.
In the year 2000, Emily was awarded the Cooperation Award given by Don Randon Real Estate for her excellence in cooperating with other brokers in the New Orleans market.
Among her list of clients, Emily represents A&P Sav-A-Center in disposition of excess properties; individual landlords with the selling and/or leasing of their property; and handles tenant representation for retailers such as GameStop, Nextel Retail Stores, and Nextel Partners.
