Richard Weber

Born in New Orleans, Richard returned home after graduating from Southern Methodist University (2000) to begin a career in Real Estate. Richard began his career with Stewart Interiors, a local commercial construction company specializing in large-scale metal frame projects. Following this experience Richard went on to work for JMH Properties. His responsibilities included General Manager for Pinnacle Property Management and project manager for G & H Restorations.

From Richard’s experience in the Construction and Management field, he as expanded his experience to include Build-to-Suit for Walgreens, the sale of big box retail properties, strip retail properties and historic investment properties, as well as extensive Tenant Rep work.

Exxon/Mobil, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Bridgestone/Firestone, TGI Fridays, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Fruits Smoothie, Walgreens and Whataburger are some of the retail tenants that Richard has successfully represented.

Richard is a board member of CID New Orleans, a member of International Council of Shopping Centers and is currently working on completing his CCIM designation.
