Randy is an active Leasing Agent with Corporate Realty. Formerly he served as a marketing representative with Anheuser Busch, Inc. Randy entered the commercial real estate business in May, 1988. His initial five (5) years were spent representing a host of institutional landlord clients including: The Travelers, Equitable Life, New York Life, Prudential; and Equity Office Properties. This landlord representation included the development and implementation of leasing/marketing plans and the responsibility for tenant retention.
During the past eleven (11) years Randy has utilized the experience garnered during his work with landlords and has lent it to representing tenants in the market place. The knowledge of landlord's sensitivities to various leasing issues has proven invaluable in the scope of tenant representation. Tenants that have benefited from Randy's experience include: Hibernia National Bank; IBM; UNUMProvident Life; New York Life Insurance; Taylor Energy; AON; Frontier Telecommunications; New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau; Entercom (WWL Radio); and EZ Communications (WEZB Radio); Tribune Broadcasting (WGNO-TV); and Intermarine, Inc.
During his sixteen (16) plus years of real estate experience, Randy has been involved with over 400 lease transactions representing 2,000,000 square feet of office lease transactions.
Randy is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and a 1975 graduate from the University of Missouri with a degree in Economics and Finance.
